Central School of Lyon

Strengthened by 150 years of experience, the mission of Ecole Centrale de Lyon is to educate its students to become generalist engineers and multi-disciplined post-graduate leaders in their field. With 6 research units located on campus, all of which are part of the CNRS, or the French National Centre for Scientific Research, the School intrinsically combines Academic Education and Research, equipping you with the skills you need to progress towards your ideal career path. Well-established as a key institution within its field, conscious of globalisation and of the increased competition that comes with it, for forty-five years the School has formed agreements with universities from all of the world that pertain to the awarding of double degrees and other forms of partnership. The School also maintains permanent contact with leading industrial groups, regularly present on campus, who also provide you with opportunities to take part in periods of immersion within the workforce, allowing you to accumulate up to 18 months of professional experience.
