About the university
In 1948, the school moved Muret Avenue and became the Nationale Superieure of Agronomic Toulouse (ENSAT). In 1970, ENSAT participated in the establishment of the National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse, with the Higher Public School of Electrical Engineering and ENSIACET. In the 1980s, ENSAT with other institutions of the agro sector veto sector, Toulouse founded one of the first French-French agro-veterinary research complex: AGROMIP (today Toulouse Agri Campus). In 1998, ENSAT contributed to the appearance of the Agrobiopole settling tank at the site of Toulouse Auzeville.
