About the university
Since 1 st September 2013, Michel Cogné is the administrator of the IUF. Appointed among the active or honorary members of the IUF, for a period of five years, by the minister in charge of higher education, he ensures the selection procedures, the smooth running of the IUF and its influence . It ensures links with heads of institutions of higher education and research. It maintains and develops the IUF's relations with the various national and international scientific bodies. It meets at least once a year with the members of the IUF in plenary session and is assisted by the Bureau of which it is an ex officio member.
