The program is aimed at training competitive lawyers for local and international labor markets 1. They should gain vast theoretical knowledge of the essence of law, its basic principles, system, legal systems, and historical sources of Georgian law. Additionally, they should acquire deep knowledge in main principles, theories and peculiarities of regulating Private, Public, Criminal, and International Law 2. On the basis of acquired theoretical and practical knowledge, they will be able to analyze judicial issues and define the ways of solutions. They will manage to prove their legal position using judicial terminology, to find out factual circumstances and make an evaluation of their judicial performance, conduct legal reasoning, define the strategy for reasoning and prove the position, create legal documents, work out scientific and/or practical projects on the basis of being given relevant instructions. They will gain ability to find and track news of the changes in jurisdiction, scientific novelty, and court practice and renew their knowledge constantly. 3. On the basis of the knowledge and practical skills gained they will be able to adapt to the constantly changing professional environment and solve different types of judicial issues. Learning outcomes
