Students come to the university for 3 weeks per semester and attend day-long attendance meetings. The rest of the time is studied through an online learning platform. The learning platform also serves as a communication medium for exchange with lecturers and fellow students. The study contents are conveyed via the online platform multimedial. In this context, for example, teaching videos, sound recordings, PDF documents, online tests, virtual classrooms or wikis are used. This approach to knowledge transfer is called blended learning.
