Location
We live in a service economy. Industrial services are business-to-business services tied to an industrial facility or building, such as maintenance or installation work. This degree programme combines fundamental business education with specialised knowledge in industrial services management. Students in the undergraduate programme in industrial services management at Ruhr West cover a wide range of topics, including business mathematics, service life cycle management, business law, accounting, project management and controlling. A special emphasis is on maintenance management and facility management, as these are also the areas with the highest turnover in the industrial service sector. In addition, students also acquire important soft skills, such as presentation, negotiation and foreign language skills. This degree programme begins both in winter and summer semesters!
