About the university
Institute of Engineering & Technology, Alwar is the First self-financed college of Rajasthan, established in 1998 at Alwar and managed by All India Society for Advanced Education & Research. The Institute was given NOC and approval by the A.I.C.T.E. on 07 July, 1998 and it obtained affiliation from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur on 04 August, 1998. Location & Area : The institute is located at RIICO Matsya Industrial Area, Alwar, in the sylvan surrounding of Aravali Hills and woods. It is approximately, 160 Kms from New Delhi via Gurgaon-Dharuhera-Tijara-Alwar Route & Approx. 150 Kms from Jaipur. The institute is spread over in a total area of 10 acres and the whole campus has been beautifully landscaped with extensive greenery & plantation to make it a pollution free environment.
