Parahyangan Catholic University

Founded in 1955, Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (Parahyangan Catholic University) is a non-profit private higher education institution located in the the urban setting of the large city of Bandung (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), West Java. Officially accredited/recognized by the Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi (Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia), Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (UNPAR) is a medium-sized (enrollment range: 9,000-9,999 students) coeducational higher education institution formally affiliated with the Christian-Catholic religion. Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (UNPAR) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation degrees), bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 62 years old H.E. institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations and students' past academic record and grades. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment. UNPAR also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, sport facilities and/or activities, study abroad and exchange programs, as well as administrative services.
