Universitas Al Azhar Indonesia

Al Azhar University of Indonesia is one of the private universities in Indonesia. Al Azhar University Indonesia (abbreviated as "UAI") was established in August 2000, and currently has six faculties with 16 active courses and 14 of them are accredited. The university is located at Jalan Sisingamangaraja, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. Al Azhar University Indonesia is a higher education institution that accepts all ethnic, ethnic, and religious groups. University of Al Azhar Indonesia can be reached by using private vehicles or public transport such as Kopaja S13, S66, P19, Mayasari Bakti AC05 (West Tol), AC05 (East Tol), AC34, AC35, AC49, AC121, AC137A, P27, PPD AC16, AC80, P45 or P67, Bianglala AC44, AC57, AC76 or AC143, Main Services P125, DAMRI (Block M-Airport), APTB TransJakarta AC45 and TransJakarta busway. TransJakarta bus stop is located directly in front of Al-Azhar Grand Mosque. Starting on January 24, 2014, Al Azhar University Indonesia has a new rector, Prof. Dr. Ir. Sardy Sar, M.Eng.Sc., who was previously the Head of UAI Institute for Research and Community Service (LP2M). He replaced the old rector, Prof. Dr. Ir. Zuhal, M.Sc., E.E., who has been in charge of Al Azhar University since it was first founded 13 years ago. In addition, Al Azhar Indonesia University also has new vice-chancellors, Dr. Ir. H. Ahmad Lubis, M.Sc., Dr. Ir. Ade Djamal, and Dr. Zirmansyah, M.Pd.
