On October 11, 1458, and then on May 9, 1464, in a period after appeasement or surrender to the king, after the support rendered by the last Anjou Aquila, Orel asked the city of King Ferdinand of Aragonese license to open Studium equivalent to those that exist in Bologna, Siena and Perugia. The king granted the request, but not in the absence of documentary evidence that the city should be set up by Studio.
