About the university
School founder Saku Shihoro was born as the eldest son of farmer Tokutaro Sakuma of Suga Mura Takashi (present Yokaichi city) in Yoshikuni district, Chiba prefecture in 1877. Speaking of Meiji 10, it is the year when the Southwest War caused by Saigo Takamori, said to be the rebellion of the last samurai of the Meiji Restoration, occurred, it was also the year when the Ginza brick street was completed, permanently being the first university university in our country. Soujiro likes academics since childhood and was rich in entertainment. I hoped my father wanted to go to junior high school from the time of elementary school, but I was not forgiven.
