About the university
In 1974, our university was founded as a corporate philosophy of education of education, moral education, physical education and trinity, celebrating 42 years in 2016. The university is a medical university which has a social mission of nurturing specialized professionals who contribute to regional medical care as "the base of nurturing new medical careers". Currently, the department of medicine, the department of dentistry, the department of nursing welfare, the department of psychology and the department of psychology, this year, the fourth year since the establishment, five departments of the rehabilitation science department and five graduate schools which see the completion as undergraduate departments furthermore dental hygiene attached to the dentistry A total of approximately 3,500 students, faculty and staff are active at 3 campuses in Satoshi Town, Sapporo City Ainosato Area and Asti 45 (ACU) Satellite Campus in Sapporo City. The main campus is located in the countryside of Tobetsu town, carrying a lush hill and carrying a vast Ishikari plain ahead. With its urban facilities with modern facilities in this wonderful nature, our university is an ideal higher education place like Cambridge University in the UK and Ivy League in the U.S.
