About the university
Established the Oitakogyokotosenmongakko [Department of Mechanical Engineering (2 classes), Department of Electrical Engineering], appointed by the Kyushu University Faculty of Engineering, Professor, Doctor of Engineering "Haruo Matsuo" the first president. Oita Tsurusaki, a building of the Prefectural Tsurusaki high school school building as a temporary school building, opened as a temporary dormitory to renovate part of the old Oita Commercial High School Oita City Nagahama-cho. School buildings (administrative building, classroom) and the first phase of construction completion of the dormitory. Transfer to a new school building from the temporary school building.
