About the university
The Presbyterian University has a rich history dating back to the days when the first Church of Scotland missionaries landed in Kenya. In 2007 the University was given a letter of interim authority to start a university by the Commission for higher education. The university admitted its first degree students in 2008. Today, it has two campuses; main campus in Kikuyu at Thogoto and Nairobi campus on Biashara Plaza at the junction of Moi Avenue and Biashara Street.
