About the university
Now the college has to become a manager of the local culture and must pursue an open policy in which local citizens and local residents are encouraged to open various civic classes, open libraries, and use facilities as a base for lifelong education. Founder of Gyeongbuk Junior College / Invited-President, Economics Doctor Choi Hyun-woo.In the common sense of the world, large-scale colleges may seem to have more finances and conditions for future educational reforms. However, from the viewpoint of mobility and flexibility of college operation, the smaller the scale, the easier it is for the achievements of the reform to be reflected in concrete form. In addition, while large-scale colleges with tradition have favorable conditions that are comparable to those of small universities with short history and stability, they also have a negative factor that is likely to impede college innovation I also have.
