About the university
Seoul National University is a 1918 Governor-General of Korea established and Seoul operated by the Republic of Korea only four-year public of the university is. Seoul National University is abbreviated era , City University or the standing period , called the Period and (市大人), including the students, alumni, faculty, staff and their families, etc.. Since opening to Kyungsung Public Agricultural School in 1918, it has fostered agricultural leaders. After the liberation, it was renamed as Seoul Industrial University through Seoul Agricultural College, and cultivated industrial manpower and contributed to the modernization of the country. In 1981, he changed his name to Seoul City University. In 1987 he was promoted to a university and became a university of Seoul. In 1996, the University of Seoul appointed the name of the University of Seoul in 1997 for the establishment of the first Urban Science College in Korea and the 80th anniversary of its establishment. [1] As a public university in Seoul, it has been serving the country and the community for 100 years.
