This course is intended to be a top-up degree for applicants who have completed a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or HND in Building Studies or equivalent. It also gives an opportunity for other cognate HND diplomas to undertake a top-up degree. The degree is awarded by Leeds Beckett University UK and is offered in Mauritius in collaboration with Rushmore Business School.
