About the university
The agri-food sector represents one of the leading industrial sectors of the Moroccan economy. It is the country's leading industrial sector with strong domestic and international demand. Today, there are 2067 agribusiness enterprises employing more than 143,356 people. Created and Authorized by the Ministry of Higher Education in 1994, the Higher Institute of Training in Food Technology ( ISFORT ) is the first private college in French-speaking Africa, dedicated to training in Agro-Food Technology and Quality Management. Located in the city center of Casablanca, ISFORT has successfully integrated into the agro-industrial fabric, a true economic lever for Morocco as well as for many developing countries. Our success is due, among other things, to the setting up of a realistic and dynamic partnership with the agro-industrial sector, whose players are directly involved in the training and supervision of our students. Today, this success is reflected in the presence of more than 1000 ISFORT winners in the most important agribusiness and service companies throughout the Kingdom and in foreign countries. They represent ISFORT's pride in having created a dynamic of training leading straight to integration and professional success.
