About the university
In 1991, ISRI materialized one of the main tasks in the creation of international research Center for Strategic (BIC), whose main task is to perform scientific research functions, academic and applied. In search of additional elements and growth as IES, as well as in response to public demands introduced in 2001, a degree degree in public administration and in 2009 a master's degree in international relations and development specializing in external and trade finance policies or International; Master's degree in public administration and development specializing in territorial management or public finance management. With the consequence, ISRI has now enrolled in these courses of students in 1916, from 856 in the period of work and 940 in the period after employment, with the faculty assistance of 65 teachers, of which 1/3 are holders of the PhD degree.
