Master's studies are part of a trend that takes care of high standards of preparation for professional activity in the coaching industry and the formation of foundations for ethically responsible activity in this field. Individual Counseling and Life Coaching is a major that aims to prepare students to work with an individual client based on coaching and philosophical methods. This includes work on self-development, building relationships and optimising communication, resolving ethical dilemmas, self-education, a holistic view of life in the context of social and cultural conditions, setting goals and responsibly shaping one's choices, coping with difficult life experiences, and discovering meaning. Preparation for work is to be provided by theoretical and practical modules, such as coaching methodology, phenomenological method, laboratory for improvement of interpersonal skills, philosophies of life, positive psychology, professional ethics, transactional analysis, philosophical hermeneutics, methodology of philosophical counselling, life coaching with supervision, existential philosophy and psychology, as well as professional practice in conducting counselling-philosophical sessions with individual clients and life coaching sessions. Institutional Counseling and Business Coaching is a major addressed to institutional clients and prepares students to become business coaches, ethical auditors, specialists in defining the value system and the so-called philosophy of an organisation, advisors in building effective organisational culture, trainers shaping soft competencies in business. The major includes the following theoretical and practical modules: coaching methodology, philosophy of management, professional ethics, mentoring in business, laboratory for improvement of interpersonal skills, positive psychology, transactional analysis, methodology of development training, ethical audit, business coaching with supervision, the culture of modern organisations and professional practice in conducting development training for institutional clients and business coaching sessions.
