Our Master’s Degree Program in Economic Law not only focuses on research-based training to help the students in gaining theoretical basis for their later study at doctoral level, but also ensures critical thinking skills and the capability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical activities. This program offers an in-depth study in all fields of Economic Law, such as corporate governance, labor management, mergers and acquisitions, etc. Therefore, learners can acquire good legal knowledge to apply to consultative activities, as well as develop legal risk management strategies for corporations. In addition, our program also prepares learners for a career in law through independent working and critical thinking training courses.
