About the university
The Institute was founded in 2002 under section 7 of Law No. 70 of 1989 dated 28 July 1989, by Decree No. 1623 of 2002, dated 9 July 2002 on the creation of The establishment of higher education and scientific research and technology. It is a public institution under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education which trains students for 3 years crowned by the obtaining of the national diploma of applied license in Arts and Crafts in the specialties available at the institute.
