Location
Bioengineering is a multidisciplinary department trying to find solutions for industrial and biological problems combining engineering and natural sciences principles. Students are qualified in fields of life sciences: e.g. molecular biology, genetics, chemistry, as well as cell biology, and in the field of engineering: e.g. fluid mechanics, heat and mass transfer, bioreactors and bioprocesses, process design and control, empowering them to significantly contribute to national and regional development. The vision of our department is to equip students with basic knowledge of Bioengineering and to enlighten them to become a particle for solutions in life sciences.
