Duration of studies: 4 years Educational background requirements: Graduates who obtained a Master’s or Specialist’s degree. Professional competencies and skills: Doctor of Philosophy in Management is able to obtain the necessary analytical and research skills for a career in science and teaching specific disciplines in management. Employment Opportunities: Doctor of Philosophy in Management is able to hold positions of scientific and pedagogical workers in institutions of higher education; positions of scientific workers in institutions of higher education, research institutes of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and other research centers; carry out professional work and hold executive positions of managers and economists-analysts at enterprises, insurance companies, commercial banks and other financial institutions; to continue studying in doctoral studies for the degree of doctor of sciences.
