The Master`s Degree in Legal Regulation of the Economy Programme introduces students core combining studies in law, political science and institutional economics. The distinctive approach of the university concentrates on the institutional aspects of regulation, regulatory bureaucracies, interest groups, legislators and courts. The program is focused on the economic and legal aspects of market regulation, private equity, hedge funds, competition and competition policy, corporate governanceand mergers, enhancing the challenging course content with both theory and real-world knowledge. Students must undergo a pre-graduation internship and defend a graduation thesis in order to receive a degree.
