At the Faculty of Food and Biochemical Technology, students direct their studies either to biochemistry, microbiology, and biotechnology or to food chemistry, food analysis, nutrition, and food technologies on the other side by properly selecting optional courses. With a specialization in Food Chemistry and Technology, students focus on both food chemistry and various food technologies. This specialization provides a unique combination of chemical, analytical, and technological aspects, allowing students to gain an overview of the field of modern and traditional food production as well as the ability to assess the impact of used processing processes on the nutritional properties of food products.
