The programme is intended for graduates of bachelor study programmes focused on economics. Primarily it develops professional knowledge and skills which are necessary for managing various types of organizational units (mainly corporations and their parts). The content of individual subjects is focused on obtaining trend knowledge in the individual spheres of scientific disciplines (economics, management, marketing, trade, controlling, etc.) and the ability to apply the theoretical principles into business practice through solving case studies, developing projects, seminars, credits and final theses. The study takes into account a direction of the further development for Industry 4.0 (Company, Business, HR, etc.) – it enables obtaining necessary knowledge and soft skills required by the market – creativity, spirit of enterprise, ability to present, communication skills and teamwork, general ability of having an active attitude to the world and the ability to find innovative solutions, ability to manage risks.
