With this intensive interactive programme, using our unique CORE teaching modular system, you’ll gain a solid foundation in all major management disciplines. The degree is designed for students with minimal or no previous management skills from which you will acquire a skillset that will maximize your career opportunities. In addition, the Master in Global Business and Leadership has a cross-cultural, hands-on teaching method, providing the perfect balance of practical and people skills, developing strong leadership skills with an intercultural exposure enabling opportunities of a successful global future. The duration of the Master's degree programme is 24 months. The degree programme is divided into five-week blocks. There is an exam for each module in the fifth week. This ensures that competencies are acquired in a focused way. There are no semesters or trimesters (terms) as such. The programme contents are conveyed by means of case studies or project-based applications and include an integrated study abroad period.
