Academic leaders, educational stakeholders and education policy makers play a critical role in shaping up the future of a nation. The Fellow Programme in Applied Education is focused on enabling fellows to bridge the gap between existing educational practices, and build the right kind of alignment and confluence between educational methodologies. The research platform this programme provides enables fellows to understand and actionably comprehend the criticality of interdisciplinary research in the area of education policy and practice. The Fellow Programme in Applied Education programme is a doctoral level programme to empower existing and aspiring education leaders to develop and implement quantum leaps in education through innovation and research. As a research driven initiative, fellows at the National School of Leadership works towards combining theory, actionable applications, and in-depth research in order to critically analyse needs and evaluate the influences of how good, inclusive education can lead to societal change. With a strong focus on innovation and creativity, fellows in this programme are groomed to be instrumental in developing new dimensions through inspired innovation by contributing to the learning process of individuals, organizations and nations. However, the Research Committee reserves the right to alter the duration based on the candidate's research progress.
