The Department of Hospitality, Tourism, and Foodservice Management produces highly skilled professionals by teaching students problem-solving techniques, application of theory, and effective decision-making skills. The department especially emphasizes a variety of practices and procedures for the effective management of hotels, airlines, travel agencies, restaurants, Convention Centers, theme parks, and other organizations in hospitality and tourism sectors. The department offers both undergraduate and graduate programs (Master's and Ph.D.). Highly qualified scholars with experiences in the industry teach courses in the department.
