The impact of the crisis on the productive and service apparatus is manifested by breaking the chains of production and consumption of goods, decapitalization of companies, technological backwardness, reduction of production plant, reduction of resources for training, hygiene And job security, unemployment, reduced competitiveness, detrimental quality and severe damage to the environment. This same crisis has affected the private system of higher education, which translates into high demand for public education services for their quality and low cost. The foundation of the Technological Institute of Celaya was a clear and direct answer to the educational needs that the community of Celaya raised in that time.
