The Management and marketing in the hotel, gastronomy, tourism and recreation specialization covers subjects related to broadly understood economics and economics as well as organization, management and marketing in the hotel industry, gastronomy, tourism and recreation. The aim of conducting economic sciences is to familiarize students with microeconomic and macroeconomic phenomena, the knowledge of which will be necessary for them both during their studies and in their future professional life. A very important feature of the subjects in this field is the fact that a student accustomed to technical and technological thinking can broaden their thinking horizons with new, important aspects of the surrounding technical and economic reality with simultaneous understanding of the processes taking place in this sphere. Graduates of this direction will be prepared to take managerial and managerial positions in all types of hotel and catering facilities.
