The hotel industry and gastronomy specialty teaches students practical skills at domestic and international internships and provides students with the knowledge necessary to undertake culinary work in the profession of well-trained chefs, bartenders, restaurant and bar managers, in accordance with international standards, as part of the tourism and hotel industry. Graduates can also run their own business, both in the field of gastronomy and hospitality, thanks to the practical knowledge gained at our university, they are taught the difficult art of rational management in the world of gastronomy and hotel business.
