Based on the best Polish and American models, we focus on individual student development! When designing the program, we take into account the suggestions of practitioners ( the Patronage Organisations), the opinions of the Graduates, conclusions from studies and reports on the current situation on the job market, our own market analyses supported by monitoring the life history of the graduates. Our study program is accredited by the Polish Accreditation Committee. The basic competences of a manager are communication and interpersonal competences. Hence the emphasis on mastering the basics of the psychology of human activities, working in international teams, and mastering foreign languages (in particular English in full-time studies). The modern management is based on the use of IT tools, students not only learn them at subjects but also use the most innovative educational platform CloudA.
