During the studies, students will gain knowledge about the basics of tourism - tourist facility management techniques, creation and provision of hotel services, customer service and taking care of a good image of a hotel facility and hotel product and organization of work in the catering industry. Students will have the opportunity to learn about the work of the hotel, from the background, through customer service, to facility management and hotel service. An important element of education is a chance to acquire practical skills in economics, accounting, organization and management as well as marketing in hotel and catering facilities. They learn about the operation of the restaurant, its facilities, tasks of supply and operation of the service, but also the tasks and role of the premises manager, room manager or chef. They learn the principles of nutrition, regional and international cuisines, as well as extremely important sanitary and health and safety regulations.
