Admission requirements - Holders of the licenciado degree or legal equivalent; - Holders of a foreign higher academic degree conferred following a first cycle of studies organized according to the principles of the Bologna Process by a state that adheres to this Process; - Holders of a foreign higher academic degree that is recognized as meeting the objectives of the degree of licenciado by the statutorily competent scientific body of the UHLT; - Holders of an academic, scientific or professional curriculum vitae that is recognized by the statutorily competent scientific body of ULHT as attesting to the capacity to carry out this cycle of studies. Seriation criteria - 50% grade of the previous qualification - 30% curricular appreciation - 20% interview For candidates who do not hold a prior qualification or do not have a prior qualification the following criteria apply - 50% curricular appreciation - 50% interview Candidates will be evaluated and ranked according to academic, professional, and competency ranking, following UHLT's established practice. Objectives - Provide specialized and updated knowledge in the field of business management; - Improve skills in the area of management; - Provide a global and integrated vision of the functioning of organizations. Recipients a) Holders of the 1st cycle degree in Management and related areas; b) Holders of the pre-Bologna degree in Management and related areas (with a 5-year degree*); c)Holders with other higher education background who wish to deepen their knowledge in management and related areas d)Holders of a foreign academic degree that is recognized as meeting the objectives of the degree in one of the areas mentioned in the previous paragraph by the Scientific Committee of the Department of Economic and Business Sciences; * Whose integration in the master's degree is subject to analysis of possible equivalences. All candidates may attend introductory modules existing in some areas. Attendance of these modules is particularly advisable for holders of paragraphs b), c) and d). Further Studies The Master's degree allows to apply to post-graduate studies, namely PhD.
