The traditional view of legal analysis is largely surpassed in areas of Law that, like Taxation Law, have a particular impact on production factors and commercial relations. This reason justifies the need to make a change in the perspective from which the study of the tax phenomenon is tackled; a change that, in the particular case of Spain, is imperative in order to try and answer the two circumstances that led to the failure of a purely internal legal-tax analysis: economic globalisation and integration in the European Single Market. Moreover, the relevance of the European Union's fiscal policy and its impact on the Spanish legal system is a topic of sufficient importance and relevance to endorse the academic and scientific interest of the proposal. The Official Master's Degree in International and European Community Taxation accepts, as its objective, a consistent commitment in offering students high quality specialised training in the area of international and European Community taxation, which allows them to acquire the knowledge and skills required to develop their research work in a particularly complex sector of law due to the plurality of subjects participating in establishing its regulatory standards, the multiplicity of policy instruments to be taken into consideration for the resolution of a particular situation and the constant modifications to which these regulatory instruments are subjected.
