Namber of credits: 240 ECTS credits Required background: full secondary education Program learning outcomes: • to know the design, manufacture, installation, operation, maintenance, repair and modernization of physical and mathematical models of devices, circuits, electronic and nanoelectronic equipment with various functional purposes, as well as the use of standard software tools for their computer simulation; • to know the modern methods of diagnostics of hardware and software components of microprocessor systems, experimental research of the processes in electrical and electronic circles; • to use knowledge of technological methods of obtaining low-dimensional semiconductor structures for design and manufacture of nanoelectronics devices, etc.
