Namber of credits: 240 ECTS credits Required background: full secondary education Program learning outcomes: • to study of the physical principles of work, design and applications of electronic micro- and nanodevices and integrated circuits of using modern software tools for modeling and automation of engineering calculations, measurements with computer processing and results analysis; • be able to design and implement electronic and sensory devices and systems in production, ensuring their implementation considering the requirements of economy, environmental friendliness and energy saving; • be able to develop, modify and debug software for programmable electronic and sensory systems.
