The aims of the course are: To enable you to apply psychological knowledge to everyday situations; To develop your ability to take different perspectives on issues and problems, and evaluate them in a critical manner; To provide you with an understanding of a range of issues, theories, empirical methods and ethical considerations in psychology; To encourage you to reach your potential for future postgraduate study and employment by enhancing your knowledge, skills and self awareness through the development of team-work, critical enquiry, analysis, evaluation, reflection and synthesis. To encourage an enterprise culture where you have the opportunity to collaborate and take part in a range of activities that develop your autonomy through reflecting on your own performance.
