The Master´s Programme in Clinical Psychology is a full-time multidisciplinary Programme that integrates theory and knowledge for understanding, preventing and curing psychologically based stress and disorders and promoting subjective well-being and personal development. Students are provided with the basic skills required for the diagnosis, analysis and treatment of mental disorders. They will acquire theoretical expertise to analyse mental problems and assess clinical research, and practical skills to prevent and cure mental disorders. Students acquire training in such practical areas as diagnosis of children with special needs and methods of work with them, psycho-diagnosis, correction, counselling and rehabilitation, etc., with a special focus on such problems as anxiety, stress, depression, schizophrenia, relationship difficulties and others. Students must undergo a pre-graduation internship and defend a graduation thesis in order to receive a degree. Upon the successful completion of the programme, graduates can pursue their career in hospitals, educational institutions, training and coaching centres, counselling centres, mental health care centres, and research institutions. https://wcu.edu.az/en/pages/view/entryrequirent
