The Master´s Programme in Social Psychology is a full-time multidisciplinary Programme that consists of in-depth study of theories, methods, and empirical findings in the field of social psychology, which are relevant to current social issues. The Programme will cover the major subfields of social psychology, including such fields of current interest as prejudice and attraction, aggression and altruism, emotions, etc. Special focus is given the study of groups, group interaction and dynamics and the way it affects our choices, interactions and behaviour. Students will be provided with a deep theoretical knowledge in the field of psychology of small and large groups, leadership, communication, socio-psychological training, etc., and will acquire practical skill to apply their knowledge. Furthermore, students will develop the necessary skills essential to conduct research of the highest quality. Students must undergo a pre-graduation internship and defend a graduation thesis in order to receive a degree. Upon the successful completion of the programme, graduates can pursue their career in psychological counselling centres, training centres, hospitals, international companies, advertising agencies, consulting firms, social service agencies, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, corporations, government agencies. https://wcu.edu.az/en/pages/view/entryrequirent
