The International Business & Leadership Master’s programme is aimed at young professionals who want to work in precisely these management positions in international enterprises in various sectors. Through the interdisciplinary approach of the Master’s programme, social, intercultural and leadership skills are integrated into the programme so that graduates achieve a sound and holistic management education. Topics such as New Work andChange Management are included in the programme and provide a modern insight into management strategies and business practices. Intakes: 1 October each year International candidates: Please apply at least 3 months before the start of the programme - 30 September. If you don't need a student visa, you can apply until the start of the programme. The admission requirements are: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent - Personal or telephone interview - Proof of English language proficiency.
