The Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management Programme offers interesting experiences. Our graduates are popular with employers and often move directly into hotel management, contract catering, event and corporate hospitality management, and restaurant or licensed retail management. A range of units emphasizes the role of marketing and operational management, the food hygiene and service within the hospitality sector whilst introducing an international dimension to the discipline. The work placement during the holiday period is a properly supervised, salaried appointment and provides essential practical experience in a supervised environment. Placements are found in hotels and restaurants across the country of Greece and abroad. The course provides a management focused hospitality programme designed to develop awareness of and ability in corporate and hospitality management. An ethos of self- development and reflection runs through the curriculum in order to develop greater personal awareness and confidence in managing others.
