The Institute of Archaeology and the Rothberg School at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem invite students from all over the world to study the history and culture of the Land of the Bible, in the Bronze and Iron Ages, through archaeology, text and ancient languages. The rich program incorporates both studies in the classroom and in the field, as the students are required to participate in major excavations and surveys conducted by top researchers of the Institute (e.g., Tel Hazor, Tel Qedesh, and Tel Abel Beth Maacah), as well as in multiple field trips to archaeological sites in Jerusalem and around the country.
