About the university
In nearly 20 years of activity, USPEE "Constantin Stere" managed to demonstrate firmness, professionalism and quality. The University of European Political and Economic Studies "Constantin Stere" is the successor of the Institute for Political Studies and International Relations (ISPRI), founded on July 28, 1997, registered at the State Registration Chamber of the Republic of Moldova with no. 1002600043325. The founder and the first rector of the Institute was Platon Fruntaşu , PhD, associate professor, who held this position until 2009. Since 1999 , as a co - founder is Nicolae Laiu , PhD, associate professor.
