About the university
The Oslo Art Academy is an art school with around 500 students and 180 employees. The Oslo Academy of Fine Arts was established August 1, 1996 through the merger of five former independent colleges. The school offers a three-year bachelor's degree, two-year master's degree and a year's study. It is taught in visual arts, arts and crafts, design, theater, dance and opera.
