This is ensured by the following courses: Human Resource Management, Employment Relationships in Administration, and - as an optional module - Social Policy and Social Insurance. Classes in commercial law, anti-corruption law, local law, and - optionally - in tax law or criminal fiscal law, are designed to help graduates become highly valued employees of government offices and financial institutions, and provide them with the necessary skills to start their own businesses. The programme also includes classes on the functioning of institutions in Poland and the European Union (the State's Political System, Control of compliance with EU law, and - optionally - Constitutional Law of the EU MS), as well as the Regional policy and EU funds and projects. As a result, graduates are able to freely operate within the European legal space. They are trained to manage projects and make the right decisions when applying for EU funds and cooperating with foreign entities. The programme also features courses on Human rights, Social welfare, Political and legal doctrines and Philosophy. Moreover, in the course of studies, apart from the so-called compulsory modules, the student chooses the diploma module (subjects from the basket of optional courses, devoted to specialized issues in broadly understood administration and connected with individual interests and the axis of the diploma seminar in which she/he participates).
