This degree qualifies you for the regulated profession of Engineer in Public Works with all the professional responsibilities recognised by law. You will acquire the skills of any of the three specialities of the profession: Civil Constructions, Hydrology or Transport and Urban Services. Graduates of the Degree in Civil Engineering are recognised at European level as this degree is adapted to the European Higher Education Area (EHEA). Civil Engineering graduates develop essential tasks of service to society, aimed at social development, as they acquire a comprehensive education for the planning, project, construction and conservation of basic transport infrastructures, for the maintenance and conservation of water and energy resources, for the development of territorial planning studies and environmental issues related to infrastructures, and for land use and the development of urban public space.
