Chernihiv State Institute of Economics and Management established order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 19, 1994 № 641 as a higher education institution level 3 accreditation. CHDIEU licensed by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of 06.05.2013, Series AE number 270554. Under the current license granted Institute conduct educational activities in 13 areas and 17 specialties, are courses for external evaluation. On January 1, 2013 at 6 faculties all forms of education enrolled over 3,500 students in 17 specialties. Since 2001, carried out military training, 700 graduates received the rank of lieutenant. Today Chernihiv State Institute of Economics and Management - one of the leading educational institutions and research centers in Chernihiv region, which has its own use academic buildings area of ​​47 365.6 sq. m.
